Bernice Sim was the worst realtor to work with. She lacked professionalism and manipulative throughout the process of my home sale. I couldn’t exit her bcose of a legal contract I was forced to sign with a personal situation. She even asked me ‘shut my mouth and cooperate’. I would give a negative marks for her conduct and lack of professionalism and communications. Be aware everyone thinking of working with her.

I cannot say enough good things about Bernice and her team! We actually moved to another state but kept our home in Virginia as a rental. When it came time to sell, we knew we wanted to work with Bernice again. We sent her a quick text and she immediately offered to chat with us by phone and discuss a timeline and strategy. Bernice offered invaluable insight into how to transition our home from rental to ready to sell. And as we were located 5 hours away in a different state, she was our eyes and ears on the house and took many trips over to give us updates by video and phone and offer suggestions. She helped connect us to different contractors and services as well. We took all of her advice on renovations and ended up getting an offer at asking only 4 days after listing! BUT we owe the biggest thanks to Bernice for how hard she worked to get us to closing and the care she showed us during what ended up being an extremely challenging time personally. I received a serious health diagnosis as we were prepping the house and we suddenly were forced into an extremely tight timeline to sell before my medical care began. Bernice essentially bent over backwards and went the extra mile to make sure we were ready to list and got the house beautifully staged. She made all the difference in getting us to closing and we can't thank her enough that we can go into my medical treatments without the anxiety and stress of selling the house.
